Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that a registration must be cancelled, a refund of all prepaid fees will be made, excluding an administration charge of € 100, provided that advance written notification is submitted by Sunday, June 1st, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received afterwards. All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the end of the conference. |
